I recently had the opportunity to use Nate’s Bait Herring Cure in the Chartreuse color on Washington’s Puget Sound. The target was coho salmon and we fished two rods off of Edmonds, WA. We fished flashers and magnum hoochies with a herring strip cured in Nate’s Bait Herring Cure.

In an incredible A.M. slack tide bite we had around a dozen fish on’s and bites over a little over one hour. I have never experienced a bite like this using standard herring strips. I recorded underwater go-pro footage of this morning’s fishing (soon to be on our YouTube page) and the fish were aggressive and in a couple instances we had several coho trying to get to the bait.

While not a formal side-by-side test, I am very impressed with today’s action and will definitely be using your cure again for our next salmon outing.

Thanks for the hot bite!

PS, I sure am glad Ed Iman had some of your product at this year’s Fish Camp to take back to Puget Sound and try out!
